新型コロナウィルス対策についてのお願い(Request for measures against the new coronavirus)
岡本林檎園では今年度のリンゴシーズンを迎え新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止のためにお客様にお願いがあります。
皆様に安心して楽しんで頂けますよう
ご理解、ご協力のほど、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
ちょっと長くなりますが、ご来園の前に必ず最後まで内容をご確認ください。
At Okamoto Apple Orchard, we are celebrating this year’s apple season, and we would like to ask our customers to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.I hope everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
当園の取り組み
ご来園のお客様の安全のために、当園では以下のような取り組みをいたします。
●スタッフの毎朝の体温チェックと、こまめな手指の洗浄・消毒、マスクあるいはマウスシールドの着用
●申し訳ありませんが、売店での試食については、確実な安全対策が取れないことから、今年は中止とさせて頂きます。
●計量カウンターに飛沫防止対策のパーテーションの設置
●手指消毒用アルコール設置
●お客様とのコミュニケーションをスタッフは楽しみにしていますが、今年は、口にできるだけチャックをして、できるだけ短時間で対応させて頂きます。涙ながらに我慢したいと思います。
お客様へのお願い
●今年は、申し訳ありませんが、試食は提供できませんのでご理解をお願いいたします。
●ご来園時はマスクの着用､入園時の手指の消毒､ソーシャルディスタンスの確保をお願いいたします。
●リンゴ狩りのお客様には、マスク、手袋の着用をお願いします。（当園でも用意してありますが、小さなお子様はサイズが合わず使いにくいと思いますので､ぜひ使いやすいものをご準備ください。軍手などの布のものよりもビニール製のものが良いかと思います。）
●咳をしたり、発熱があるお客様には入園をお断りする場合があります。（非接触型体温計は当園に備えてあります）
● We are sorry but we cannot offer tastings this year, so please understand.
● Please wear a mask when you come to the park, disinfect your hands and fingers when you enter the garden, and secure a social distance.
● Customers who pick apples are requested to wear gloves and masks.(Although it is also available at our garden, small children may find it difficult to use because it does not fit in the size, so please prepare something that is easy to use. I think that vinyl is better than cloth such as work gloves.
● Customers who cough or have a fever may be refused admission. (A non-contact thermometer is available at our garden)
リンゴ狩りはできますが、食べ放題コースについては、本年度は休止させていただきます。
●お客様の安全を確保するために､具体的に何をすれば良いのか、できることを考えて対策を講じようと､色々と考えましたが、なかなか満足のいく答えが得られませんでした。
いろいろな考え方があるかと思いますが､当園では、お客様の安全を最優先するという考え方から､本年度の食べ放題コースの受付を休止することにいたしました。（普通のリンゴ狩りについては､マスクと手袋の着用を前提にできます。）
とても、寂しいことですが、あと少し、コロナが収束するまで、謙虚に行動していきたいと思います。

I think there are various ways of thinking, but we have decided to suspend the reception of this year’s all-you-can-eat course from the idea that the safety of our customers is our top priority. (For ordinary apple picking, you can assume that you are wearing a mask and gloves.)
